Licensed since 1983, I have a wide range of experience in Real Estate Sales and Service which has offered me an opportunity to work with several generations of buyers and sellers, often within the same family. My Property Management, Real Estate Office Management, and Teaching experience gives me a lot of understanding of the process required for clients and associates. I love working with first time buyers, and I enjoy the hunt for the best retirement location. Both these endeavors require a full understanding of needs and wants of the individuals, the importance of the "fit" of:
1) The Location: the district and the community,
2) The Price: to be comfortable with the cost,
3) The Condition: what work will be required, will be acceptable.
