Rita Shannon works closely with people to help them buy and sell homes all over Calgary. She provides dynamic, up-to-date Real Estate services, with an emphasis on developing long term relationships with her clients.

Rita has been in Real Estate Sales since 1983. She also has experience in Real Estate Management and teaching Real Estate courses to students at Mount Royal College.  Rita has excellent listening and comprehension skills.  Rita can accurately understand clients’ instructions and requirements and can apply this information in the sales process.

Rita enjoys working with people. She is very good at helping her clients define their needs and is often commended for her honesty and integrity. Rita has developed excellent systems for determining value and successfully marketing homes. She has listed homes all over the city and 80% of her business comes from past clients' referrals.

Rita also believes in going that extra distance for her buyers. "I believe it is most important to listen carefully to buyers' needs and to work closely with them to find their home within their time frame and price range," says Rita.
